Medical Claims Disclosure Many organizations, both private and public, medical and scientific, are experimenting with CBD and Hemp products to prove and disprove statements made regarding health, medical, and disease claims issued by manufacturers, distributors, and users of CBD and Hemp products. The official position of CallmeTHCa and its representatives is that we do not have a position on the potential health, medical, or disease claims made by any party. Due to DSHEA (Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994) guidelines, we cannot specifically state conditions CBD may address.
CallmeTHCa will never make any claim that any of its products will diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. It is up to the consumer of our products to perform their own research and draw their own conclusions. From time to time, CallmeTHCa will allow consumers, subscribers, content writers, and other third parties to share product reviews, compose blog articles, and leave testimonials on our website. In doing so, CallmeTHCa does not endorse the findings, comments, reviews, or statements regarding any of our products, CBD, or Hemp products as they relate to any disease claims that may be made or otherwise alluded to within that shared content. Summaries of scholarly articles, journals, and studies about the ingredients of our products, health issues, CBD, and Hemp will be shared frequently to aid consumers in making informed decisions – the credit for those scholarly articles, journals, and studies will be directed to those who wrote, edited, and conducted them. At all times, CallmeTHCa urges its consumers, subscribers, and readers to conduct their own research and not construe any health, medical, or disease-based content as CallmeTHCa violating the DSHEA mandate.
THC Disclosure Our products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18. Our products contain less than 0.3% of the substance known as THC. This percentage is measured by volume, and is usually much lower (around 0.1%). We are constantly improving our extraction methods to reduce our products to zero THC while still remaining 100% organic. Our products, due to their exceedingly low volume of THC, are NON-PSYCHOACTIVE. All our products THC levels fall under the percentage by volume allowable by law for hemp-derived CBD and Hemp products. Please check on the laws of your individual state prior to ordering.
CBD Legal Status Notice Our products contain CBD (cannabidiol), an extract derived from the hemp plant. CBD and Extracts derived from the industrial hemp plant are legal in all of Canada and United States. We do not sell, nor do we plan to sell, any products that are not industrial hemp-derived. We are constantly monitoring the legal situations as they concern CBD and Hemp products, and will do our best to post updates within our blog to keep customers informed. That said, we are not obligated to do so, and knowing the laws of your own state of residence is the responsibility of the consumer and not of CallmeTHCa.
Drug Testing Disclosure While drug tests do not specifically look for CBD (cannabidiol), there is a small chance that the trace amounts of THC within our products may receive a THC positive test result on a drug test. We advise anyone who regularly receives drug tests to not use any of our products without first talking to their employer.
